Twin daughter (Mary Jane) of Rev John and Nancy Fayrer. She marries cousin George (b.1835) at some point, but its possible she is dead before the 1861 census where George puts himself as widower at Tullythwiate. There is also a mention in Rev Johns will of what happens if Jane is deceased before her sister, suggesting she might not have been well.
