Will details of Thomas Maskew, Father of Elizabeth:

(Below information is taken from the Will details of Thomas Maskew emailed to mdkb by a Maskew descendant, citations will be provided if Maskew is proved to be a Kirkby connection, which seems increasingly likely as dates, names, and locations fit well).

She had at least four sisters: Dorothy Maskew, Agnes Maskew and Elinor Maskew (also a Margeret who married a Taylor)

The Maskews owned Broadoak, a farm in Underbarrow area around the 1700s (large property of 200 acres above Tullythwaite & to the east of High Cragg)
